Luis Alberola has over 15 years of experience in Talent Management and Management Consulting. He has worked in Europe, Japan and the United States for the AXA Group and in Europe for McKinsey & Company. His talent management experience began at the executive search boutique Singer, Danton & Hamilton; in 2003, he founded Talent Club, a specialized Strategy and HCM consultancy, and has since been working with HR Executives to improve HR strategy and operations. A founding member of the Boostzone Institute, Luis has also led an Afplane initiative to define human capital metrics. He is an occasional lecturer in career management at the HEC Group, and holds diplomas from HEC and from Hitotsubashi University in Tokyo.
