We offer  distinctive programs to understand what Collaborative Management can bring to your organization and how to implement it in your  company :      

Papillon / Butterfly

The first one is a one-day sensitization program, called Papillon or Butterfly, as an allusion to the chaos theory where a simple butterfly’s wing movement can change the world climate. So is in our view the start of any real sharing within a corporation: it can change the culture and the organization. This program is more for those who want to understand what the organization, strategic and operational issues and opportunities are. It can be delivered on an inter company or an intra company mode.

Nenuphar / Water-Lily

The second is called Nenuphar or Water-Lily. This time, it is an allusion to the way you can change the nature of a pond by covering it with Water-lilies and allowing a whole new ecosystem to develop. But no one can grow an entire pond by fiat. A self-generated dynamic is required. This program is an intense collaboration effort for a limited number of small teams (Water-lily teams), within a short time frame, under a very close coaching, and aiming at showing that collaboration can bring very powerful, immediately usable results, as well as identifying what the barriers to a generalization (for the pound) could be. This program is necessarily delivered as an intra-company program.

Ruche / Beehive

Beehive The third one is called Beehive, an allusion to the world of work as a tremendously active and changing world. This two-days program is for senior executives willing to earn a collaborative advantage by surfing the trends of the world of work. It will deal with demographic factors including aging, the skill availability/demand gap, the rise of  Chinindia, the growing importance of ecological issues on labor markets, the explosion of social networks, the increasing social disparities within countries and across countries, the speed of technological innovations and of productivity progress due to total connection between people, knowledge and objects to name just the “headlines”. “Beehive” is delivered in English or in French either on an inter or an intra company mode.

Versicolore / Versicolor

A one-day training: “Boost collective intelligence within project teams and communities” with the aim of developing the collective performance of project teams or communities working as networks, and this means cross working, remote work, and/or in an intercultural context. Our goal is to define a framework for face to face and virtual or synchronous and asynchronous relations to achieve better collective efficiency. This training focuses on simulation exercises and interactions between the participants to move forward on their internal way of working. Rather than a broad and academic review of issues, rather than a list of benchmarks and managerial theories, which will be forgotten by the end of the training, we encourage the presentation and implementation of some simple methods that will allow the group to get immediate progress. It is therefore an action-training that can be delivered in French or English.

Tournesol / Sunflower

Training for one or two days: “identity and online reputation in social networks and media” will help you to build your reputation and maintain it on the Internet through Personal Branding. The second day (optional) focuses on personalized coaching. Companies rely on branding and marketing experts to define their values, their identity and communicate effectively to their customers. But people rarely do that work and they communicate about themselves by mimicking (copying their neighbour). When you look like your peers, you dissolve yourself into the collective.
This training will provide participants with elements to better know themselves, get better fame and recognition from their references. It can be delivered in French or English.

These programs requiring some heavy training for the trainers, only a few sessions will be available at first. We will increase the number of sessions as we can certify more trainers.
