The Institute provides coaching to senior executives on very specific issues like: managing one’s personal image on the internet, understanding how the global forces impact one’s management style, how to prepare the organization to become more collaborative. These coaching activities are exclusively performed by senior members of the Institute Network and after in-depth discussions with the executives concerned.
