The Boostzone Institute proposes consulting services to large groups on the conceptualization and the implementation of changes related to a collaborative management or a collective intelligence change project. These actions cover for example the diagnostic of the collaborative potential of an organization, the planning of a change program towards more collaboration or collective intelligence, the management of work groups, the management of pilots, the creation and management of a “base camp”, the elaboration of new people development programs for preparing them for this new environment.
Consultants are senior members of the Boostzone Institute network and are chosen according to the client’s requirements (the industry in which the client operates, its internal culture, the nature of the engagement).
