Martin Roulleaux Dugage, graduated from Civil Engineering of Mines de Paris and MBA Insead, started his career as an engineer in Dassault Aviation on the Rafale A program as the head of new materials (composites). He then worked as senior consultant in marketing and strategy for SRI International (ex-Stanford Research Institute), then for M2i-Stratorg, specialized in technology sectors. He went on to hold various director positions in marketing, strategy and R&D in several high technology entities and branches Schneider Electric Group, in France and USA.

Intrigued by the economy of free software, Martin Roulleaux Dugage engaged himself in 2000 in a reflexion on the future of enterprises in the 21st century. Briefly a CEO of an Internet startup in 2000-2001 in Boston specializing in the  ”web 2.0″ before the time, it joined Schneider Electric to develop the “Knowledge Management” program, with the primary effect of the development of the whole community of practice, whose role in the transfer of know-how and the development of sales proved decisive. Thanks to this program, Schneider Electric received the MAKE Award (Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise) in 2005.

Director in charge of knowledge management in the consulting branch of PricewaterhouseCoopers between 2007 and 2009, he focused on building an infrastructure of real-time knowledge flow in the industry where the respect of confidentiality is at everyone’s main concern.

Since 2009, he held the position of CKO (Chief Knowledge Officer) on behalf of the Director of Research and Innovation of AREVA, focused on issues of transmission of experts’ technical knowledge to the new generation, development of innovation and working in network.

Martin Roulleaux Dugage speaks in numerous conferences on corporate networking and on knowledge management. He is the author and co-author of a number of articles and book on the subject, including “Organisation 2.0 – Le Knowledge Management Nouvelle Génération” published by Editions Eyrolles in 2008.
