“Le Cercle” of the Boostzone Institute is a limited size closed group of professionals concerned with the evolution of the world of work and with what will be the augmented management of tomorrow, in companies that are becoming “network-centric”.
In a way, “Le Cercle” is a research center or a think tank focused on the changes required in the management of organizations by the evolution of the world of work.
The membership of “Le Cercle” is composed of:
- Business and thought leaders who want to understand how economical, social and technological forces impact the practice of management and the World of Work;
- Community managers who energize their communities in the long-term, and know that they contribute therefore to deep and complex changes on their organizations;
- Change management professionals and business transformation consultants who are facing the evolution of management in their daily practice, and are willing to share their experience on a non-commercial basis.
Members benefit from a certain number of advantages, but their membership should not be considered as a mere “subscription” to a package of services, but should be the proof of their support to a larger project consisting in improving and “augmenting” management practices.
“Le Cercle” is a private community, organized with a Good Behavior Charter.
Membership is subject to application. Acceptance of the Good Behavior Charter by the applicant is a condition for becoming member.
Nicknames are forbidden and each member has a personal profile. Each member is “intuitu personae” and is not representing its institution.
No publicity allowed.
