2021, Odyssey of Management: Anticipating the Impact of Technologies of 2021 on Management
This workshop enables identification of the social, economic and managerial implications of technologies that will shake the society and business in the coming decade,and which already exist today in the pipe-line or pre-development. The goal is to provide elements to:
- Understand why the technologies of the last ten years had predictable consequences in 2021 (for example social networks, geo-location, WiFi, ADSL, ”Cloud”, the mobile phone as a communication platform).
- Identify technologies of 2011 that will change the next decade.
- Use a methodology to identify their implications to management and company’s ecosystem over the next decade.
