Memberships and fees

All Members have to apply personally to be accepted into Le Cercle. The kind of membership will be determined with the candidate at the time of membership.

All members are members on an intuitu personae basis, their organizations are not members per se.

I – STANDARD MEMBERSHIPS

I.1- Individual membership

Who is eligible?

This membership is reserved for academics, retired individuals, students, administration employees, NGOs, etc.

Benefits:

• Participation to forum, discussion groups
• Access to documentation libraries and Bestof as to all researches produced by LeCercle
• Access and participation to the internal social bookmarking system.
• Access to the directory of LeCercle (no commercial usage)
• Creation of new discussion groups (forum plus wikis and document repository)
• Free Webinars
• Reduced fee for events

Fees: 250 euros TTC

I.2- Consultants and software companies membership

Who is eligible?

This membership is reserved for individual consultants or entrepreneurs.

Benefits as for above plus :

• Inclusion in the Boostzone Institute MarketPlace Directory
• Possibility to sponsor and co produce with the Boostzone Institute webcasts to Members (if on substance of Network Centric Management and change management and not as advertizing for their company)
• Possibility to candidate for becoming a “Fellow” of the institute and have the right to publish on the main site (exclusively on substance of Network Centric Management and change management and not as advertizing for their company)

Fees: 1000 euros HT

I.3- Corporations, standard membership

Who is eligible?

This membership is reserved for individuals working in corporations larger than 10 employees not in the consulting field or the software field

Benefits as for above plus :

• Possibility for the company to create a private community for their own internal need

Fees:

• First member : 1500 euros HT
• Each additional member: 200 euros HT

I.4 – Larger companies premium membership

Who is eligible?

Same as above

Benefits:

• As for above plus
  - Organization of one half day workshop with an executive team of up to 10 participants on the issues of Network Centric Management OR on the issues related to the evolution of the World of Work. These workshop will be directed by a “Fellow” of the Institute i.e. a senior expert and will be planned in such a way to fit the member’s company’s culture and current state of maturity.
  - Access to a request line for “best of” documentation on specific topics relevant to the member. Up o 5 request per year.

Fees:

• First member: 5000 euros HT*
• Each additional member: 1000 euros HT*
  (each member benefits of the request line as described above)

II – SPONSOR MEMBERSHIPS for larger companies

Who is eligible?

Same as above

Benefits:

• As for above plus
  - Free access to micro training for up to 10 trainings per year for the member or any other employee of the company (including non members of LeCercle)
  - Individual coaching with executives in charge of putting in place, supervising or managing internal networks and communities within their organization up to 10 hours of coaching per year. The coaching will be delivered by a senior expert of the Boostzone Institute. The beneficiary will be determined at the time of membership signature as well as the designated coach.
  - Organization and management of specific researches on specific topics (LeCercle will find the human resource and manage them along the research, the cost of resources will be born by the Member’s organization)

Fees:

• First member: 20 000 euros HT*
• Each additional member 2000 euros HT*(Each member benefits from the services listed above except for the number of coaching hours that is limited to the total of 10 for the company as a whole)

* Under certain conditions, these memberships can be part of a training program eligible to the training budget

III- GREENHOUSE MEMBERSHIPS

III.1- Corporations, standard membership

Who is eligible?

This membership is reserved for corporations willing to experience collaborative work before implementing it inside their whole organization.

This membership is valid only for one year: the greenhouse is a laboratory not a community.

Benefits:

• access to a private and confidential group on Boostzone Institute ’s platform (up to 20 members)
• access to all the technical facilities of this group (wiki, forum, calendar,etc.)
• access to a personalized technical assistance
• full individual membership to “Le Cercle” for the leader of the group

Fees: 3000 euros HT for the whole group

III.2- NGOs

Who is eligible? & Benefits

Same as above but for NGOs

Fees: 2000 euros TTC for the whole group
